Fair-Edge Industrial Supply Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly Malaysian owned company and was founded by the Tan brothers. It was incorporated in the year 2001 and our current paid up capital stands at RM1 million.From an initial of only both our Directors, we have now grown to more than 21 employees at both our Kemaman Head office and Shah Alam branch office. Realizing the importance of serving all customers’needs, we have increased our product ranges andexpanded our total warehouse storage space to35,000 sq feet

Besides being a major stockiest and distributor of M&E products, we offer as well mechanical , fabrication and machining services catering for both the up stream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry. Head Office and Warehouse at Kemaman.

Our head office is strategically located at Telok Kalong, Kemaman to take full advantage of the close proximity to the Malaysia East Coast oil and gas hub. We are less than 10 km away fromthe Kemaman Supply Base and is only 30 minutes drive to Kerteh.

Our sales team comprises both the out field sales executives and indoor support coordinators.Valuing the importance of face to face interactions, we employ a team of outfield sales personnel that ensure all site visits and meetings are attended to promptly. They are supported by 4 indoor sales coordinators that coordinate all daily sales activities ranging from replying inquiries, technical support to the delivery of goods.

Our warehouse personnel are experienced and  well trained to handle all incoming and out going goods to ensure that zero defects goods are delivered on time.

Our Branch office and warehouse sits on a 6000sq feet area. We have our presence here as many of the oil and gas industry’s purchasing is centred at the heart of our capital. This Branch office is an essential part of our organization as it functions as our company central marketing arm as well as to cater for the urgent stock demand in this area and the East of Malaysia.There are currently 6 managers and executives serving the needs of our central customers.

We have a very well experienced and strong in technical know how team to serve this oil and gas industry. Our Mechanical team has a combined of 35 years of experience in mechanical services, fabrication and machining works. We have completed many major plant shutdowns such as GPP Paka, Petlin, CUF (Kerteh and Gebeng) and PML rubber lining replacement works Unit 500.

Our sales team are lead by our Sales Director and Sales Managers who have more than 20 years of sales experience. This long year of experiences had enhanced our product and technical knowledge to enable us to serve our customers efficiently and satisfactory.

Our sales team strives to interact regularly with our clients through face to face meetings to ensure all queries are attended to within the shortest possible time and the best solution is provided. Our sales team is being further supported by our indoor coordinators that have been servicing this industry for many years. We have completed various insitu works such as rubber lining installation (completed 30 units up to date), hydraulic accumulator servicing(testing and commissioning) and fabrication and machining of parts and hoses.

We are a major stockist and distributor of well known brands for industrial tools, hoses and fittings in Malaysia.
